Support Technician

Description
Self-motivated, detail oriented and proficient support technician to provide on-site and phone support for our clients. Individual must have clean, well kept appearance and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience installing, configuring and diagnosing PC workstation issues.
  • Good understanding of computer preventive maintenance.
  • Experience installing & configuring Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
  • Linus Experience. Installing & configuring Red Hat, Suse, or Mandrake Linux.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent.

    Responsibilities

  • Provide technical desktop computer support for Integrity clients.
  • Maintain local workstations & servers.
  • Provide desktop support for Integrity personnel.
  • Manage computer inventory and parts.
  • Maintain clean and well kept appearance.
  • Be courteous, friendly, and reliable.

    Network Engineer

    Description
    Experienced network engineer with excellent technical, organizational, and customer service skills to maintain local network and provide engineering support for our clients.

    Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability installing & configuring networks and computer systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and peripheral issues.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent.
  • MCP Certification for Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 Professional and/or Windows Server 2003/2008.
  • MCSA or MCSE Certification.
  • 2 years experience maintaining Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
  • Experience performing network vulnerability testing to exploit any security holes.
  • Network design, documentation, and integration skills.
  • Firm understanding of network services and protocols (DHCP, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP).
  • Maintain clean and well kept appearance.
  • Be courteous, friendly, and reliable.

    Responsibilities

  • Ability to plan and organize work in a timely manner.
  • Translate technical infromation to non-technical personnel.
  • Convert user requirements into practical hardware and software solutions.
  • Implement, manage and troubleshoot network and computer systems.
  • Ensure performance and availability of local and remote servers.
  • Provide technical training & support in verbal and/or written form.
  • Implement and monitor local and remote network security solutions.
